Renewal fees

(1) On payment of such renewal fee for such period as may be prescribed the name in the register shall be maintained after the same is first entered in the register: Provided that if the renewal fee is not paid before the due date, the Registrar shall remove the name of the defaulter from the register: Provided further that the name so removed may be restored to the register on payment of such fees in such manner as may be prescribed.
