Validity of proceedings

Statutory text
(1) Vacancy in the Council shall not vitiate any act or proceedings of the Council. (2) Disqualification of member or defect in the election or nomination of member of the Council and/or of the President or Vice-President shall not vitiate any act or proceeding of the Council in which such person has taken part.
