Delegation by President of his powers and duties to the Vice-President

(1) The President may empower, by general or special order, the Vice-President to exercise under his control any one or more of his powers, duties or functions. (2) An order by the President under subsection (1) may specify any condition and impose any restriction in respect of the exercise of such power or performance of any duty or the discharge of any function.
