Suit for compensation and repair of the waste or damage

Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything in section 81, the Gaon Sabha or the land-holder may, in lieu of suing for ejectment, sue- (a) for injunction with or without compensation, or (b) for the repair of the waste or damage caused to the holding.
