Stay of suits

All suits, whether of the first instance, appeal or revision of the nature as specified in Schedule II pending in any court for hearing on the commencement of this Act shall be stayed. Suit for ejectment of a Bhumidhar to whom clause (i) of Section 85 applies. One year from the date of acquiring Bhumidhari rights. As in the Court fee Act, 1870. Revenue Assistant.
