Registration of co-operative farm of uneconomic holdings

(1) The Deputy Commissioner shall cause a copy of the order passed under section 168 or 169 directing that a co-operative farm be established to be forwarded to the Registrar, who may thereupon register the farm under the Bombay Co-operative Societies Act, 1925, as extended to the State, and if he agrees to do so, shall grant a certificate of registration. (2) The Registrar shall cause a copy of the certificate to be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner for such action as may be prescribed.
