Only simple mortgage of land by a Bhumidhar allowed

No Bhurnidhar shall have the right to mortgage any land belonging to him as such where possession of thz mortgaged land is transferred or is agreed to be transfer- red in future to the mortgagee as security for the money advanced or to be advanced.
