Gaon Sabha Area Fund to be utilised in connection with this Act

Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in fonce, the Gaon Panchayat may utilize, in the manner prescribed. the Gaon Sabha Area Fund to meet the charges in connection with the discharge of its duties cr prformance of its functions under this Act ar rules made thereunder: Provided that nothing in this section or in any law for the timz being in force, shall m a n or be construed to mean as authorising the G a n Sabha to so utilize any sums, collected or realised for and on behalf of the Government, except as specifically provided in this Act.
