Saving

Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to any land which is evacuee property as defined in the Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950, except in the following cases :— (1) Evacuee land held by tenants under lease or agreement entered into before the 15th day of August 1947; and (2) Evacuee's share in lands of common utility which would vest in the Gaon Sabha.
