Resignation of Members of Zilla Parishad.

Statutory text
Any member other than an ex-officio member, of a Zilla Parishad may resign his office by intimating in writing his intention to do so to the Member Secretary of the Zilla Parishad and such resignation shall take effect from the date of its receipt by the Member Secretary.
