The Arunachal Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1997election under this Act, promotes or attempts to enmity between promote on grounds of religion, race, caste, classes in connection community or language feelings of enmity or hatred with election. between different classes of the citizens of India shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine or with both.
132.
