BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Forty eighth year of the Republic of India as follows : .- Short title extent and commencement 1. (I) This Act may be called the ARUNACHAL PRADESH PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 1997:
