Protection for acts done in good faith

No suit or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against the State Government, State Police Board, its members and staff, Police Complaints Authority, its members and staff or any person acting under the direction of the Board or Authority, with respect to anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act.
