Police Stations

Statutory text
(1) The State Government shall, by notification, create Police Stations, with or without outposts. (2) The State Government shall, by notification, notify the Circle and there shall be minimum two Police Stations in a Circle. (3) A Police Station shall be headed by an Officer-in-charge, who shall not be below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police.
