Maximum limit of transfer

The maximum limit of mandatory transfer from Easy area to Difficult area shall be as follows, namely: Transfer from Easy place to Difficult place shall be done up to the limit of availability of vacancies in the Difficult area in the concerned cadre. Calculation of personnel eligible for transfer will be done in the order of total service period spent in the Easy area in the entire service duration; namely: such personnel whose posting period in Easy area has exceeded 04 years or whose total service in Easy area in their entire service period has exceeded 10 years and who do not come under the 'exemption' category, those personnel shall be identified for transfer only up to the limit of availability of vacancies in the Difficult area of the concerned cadre while keeping them in descending order according to their total posting duration in the Easy area.
