Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants Act, 2017. (2) It shall come into force at once. (3) This Act shall be applicable to all services under the State, except All India Service, State Civil Service and State Police Service and all services under the control of the High Court, and the State Government may, by notification, apply it to Corporations, Councils and Local Bodies also.
