Charge note

Before relieving of transferred officers of Group ‘A’ and ‘B’, it shall be necessary to prepare a charge note regarding the important cases/development programs etc. of their charge, one copy of which shall be kept in guard file and one shall be forwarded to the concerned controlling officer.
