Incentive given on posting in difficult areas

In case of posting in a difficult area, the employee will be admissible for the following benefits as incentive; that is: (a) If any employee is posted at any duty station which is situated at a difficult place at an altitude of more than 7000 feet, then 1 year of service done there will be considered equivalent to 2 years of service in an easy place. (b) If any employee is posted at any duty station which is situated at a difficult place at an altitude of less than 7000 feet then 1 year of service done there will be considered equivalent to 1 year 3 months of service in an easy place.
