Carrying passengers in vehicle for carriage of goods.

(1) No employee shall carry or caused to be carried passengers in a transport vehicle intended for carrying of the goods in excess of the number declared by the State Government from time to time. (2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
