Prohibition against travelling without ticket.

No person shall enter or remain in any transport vehicle of the Sikkim Transport for the purpose of travelling therein as a passenger or travel in such transport vehicle as a passenger- (a) without a proper ticket, or (b) with a defaced ticket, or (c) with a ticket which has been used earlier.
