Travelling on roof or steps.

If any passenger- (a) travels on the roof of a transport vehicle; or (b) persists in travelling- (i) on the steps or foot-board of any transport vehicle; or (ii) in any part of the transport vehicle not intended for the use by passengers, even after being warned by an employee not so to travel, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to one hundred and fifty rupees or with both and may be removed from the transport vehicle by any employee of the Sikkim Transport.
