Entering transport vehicle in motion or otherwise improperly travelling.

If any passenger enters or leaves, or attempts to enter or leave- (a) any transport vehicle while it is in motion; or (b) at a place other than a place declared by the Government as a Bus Stand or Bus Stop; or (c) opens the door of any transport vehicle while it is in motion, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to fifty rupees or with both.
