Execution of Works and Programmes by Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad through Panchayats

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provision of this Act, any programmes which a Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad decides to carry out for the benefit of any one Panchayat Circle, shall be the responsibility of and shall be carried out or executed, as the case may be, through the agency of the Panchayat of that Panchayat Circle.
