Powers to call for records from Standing Committees

A Panchayat, a Panchayat Samiti or, as the case may be, a Zila Parishad at any time call for any document including extracts from the proceedings of the meetings of any standing committee and any return, statement account or report concerning or connected with any matter with which such standing committee has been authorised or directed to deal, and every such requisition shall be compiled with by the standing committee.
