Information required of applicant for registration.

Every person who applies to have his name entered in the register shall— (a) satisfy the Registrar that he is in possession of a veterinary qualification included in the Schedule ; (b) inform the Registrar of the date on which he obtained the veterinary qualification which entitles him to claim registration under this Act ; and (c) give the Registrar any information which he reasonably may require for the purpose of discharging his duties under this Act.
