(1) All proceeding under the Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951, which were pending immediately prior to the date of commencement of this Act shall stand transferred to the appropriate authority and, so far as may be, shall be dealt with as if such proceedings were commenced under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
(2) All amounts realised by the Board on account of costs, fees, penalties and contributions due under the said Act and all amounts credited to the Endowment Fund under clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 67 shall be applied towards payment of the dues of the State Government from the Endowment Fund constituted under this Act.
