Delegation of powers by the Board

Statutory text
- (1) Subject to such directions or instructions as the State Government may, from time to time issue, the Board may with the prior approval of the State Government, delegate any of its functions to the President or any other member of the Board or to the Administrator and may in like manner withdraw any function so delegated.
- (2) The Board may fix any terms and conditions subject to which the functions so delegated shall be performed.
