Casual vacancy

In the case of a casual vacancy in the office of any non-official member of the Board or a Committee occurring otherwise than by efflux of time the vacancy shall be filled up by nomination or election, as the case may be, within three months from the date of occurrence of the vacancy and the person so nominated or elected shall hold office for the residue of the term of office of the member in whose place he is so nominated.
