Statutory text
  1. (1) The State Government may constitute an Advisory Council for any one or group of religious institutions under their direct control.
  2. (2) The Advisory Council may advise the Board or the concerned Committee or Executive Officer regarding the management of the affairs of the institution concerned.
  3. (3) The composition, term of office and the procedure for the conduct of business of the Advisory Council shall be such as may be prescribed.
