Term of office and duties of Executive Officer

Statutory text
- (1) The Executive Officer shall hold office for such period as may be fixed by the Board and he shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Board.
- (2) The Executive Officer shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
