Preservation of order in sittings of Village Council. - The President shall be responsible for conduct of a smooth sitting of the Village Council as follows -

1. (1) He may direct any member whose conduct, in his opinion is disorderly, to withdraw immediately from the day's sitting.
2. (2) If any member is ordered to withdraw from a meeting of the Village Council but refused to comply, the President may suspend the member from the sitting.
3. (3) If any member fails to carry out the direction given to him under sub-section
4. (1) or sub-section
5. (2) the President shall report, in writing, the conduct of the member to the State Government.
