Collection of Taxes

Collection of Taxes. -

1. (1) In addition to taxes specified in sub section
2. (4) and
3. (5) of Section 13, the State Government or any authorised official may allot the work of collection of taxes to the Village Councils, specifying their duties and any other matters connected with the collection of taxes.
4. (2) Collection of taxes shall be done strictly in accordance with the prevailing laws or under the instructions and directions given by the State Government in that behalf.
