The University shall furnish to the Government such returns or other information with respect to its property or activities as the Government may, from time to time, require.

Transfer of Services of employees of clustered colleges Transfer of Services of employees of clustered colleges.-

1. (1) A person who, immediately before the functioning of the University, is holding or discharging the duties of any sanction post or office in connection with the affairs of higher education in the concerned government college or institution, shall be deemed to have been transferred to the services of the Mizoram State University on the terms and conditions and to the rights and privileges as to pension, gratuity, provident fund and other matters as he would have enjoyed under his existing service condition in the Government.
2. (2) Any dispute between a person referred to in sub-section
3. (1) and the University shall, at the request of such person, be referred to a Tribunal of Arbitration consisting of such members as provided in sub-section
4. (2) of section 32 and the provisions of sub-sections (2), (3), and
5. (4) of section 32 shall, as far as may be, apply to a reference made under this sub-section.
