The College Development Council.-

  1. (1) The College Development Council shall be responsible for admitting Colleges to the privileges of the University.
  2. (2) The constitution of the College Development Council, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be prescribed by the statutes.
  3. (3) When a person ceases to be a member of the College Development Council, he shall cease to be a member of any of the committees of the University of which he may happen to be a member by virtue of the membership of the College Development Council.
