Appearance of legal practitioners before juvenile courts

Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, a legal practitioner shall not be entitled to appear in any case or proceeding before a juvenile court, in cases of neglected children. Legal practitioner may however appear before the juvenile court in cases of delinquent children in view of the provision under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
