Allowing child to reside in frequent to brothel

Whoever having the actual charge of or control over, child between the age of four and eighteen allows or permits that child to reside in or frequent a brothel shall be punishable with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
