Resignation of members of Standing or Subjects Committees.

Any member of the Standing Committee or a Subjects Committee (not being a member falling under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 79 or

9[sub-clause (ii) of clause (A)] of sub-section (1) of section 80) may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman of the Committee; and his office shall thereupon become vacant.

10[The notice of resignation shall be delivered in the manner prescribed.]
