Chapter VII CONDUCT OF BUSINESS
Statutory text
- (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 111, a President may convene a meeting of the Zilla Parishad to enable such dignitaries as the State Government may, by general or special order, specify in this behalf to address the Councillors.
- (2) The President shall, as far as practicable, inform the Councillors of such meeting and of the time and place thereof at least two days before the meeting.
