Chapter X TAXATION
Statutory text
The provisions of this Chapter apply to those areas of the State to which this Act extends except that—
- (a) the provisions of sections 144 to 150 (both inclusive) apply only to the Bombay area of the State;
- (b) the provisions of section 151
- • * * * apply only to the Vidarbha area of the State; and
- (c) the provisions of section 152
- • * * * apply only to the Hyderabad area of the State.
