Local cess matching grant.

If in pursuance of the proposal of a Zilla Parishad or of a

7[or as the case may be, Panchayat Samiti] shall be paid every year by the State Government a local cess matching grant which shall be a sum calculated in such proportion as may be prescribed by the State Government.
