Purposive grants.

The State Government shall pay every year to a Zilla Parishad a grant for works and development schemes transferred to the Zilla Parishad under clause (b) of

2[and in respect of such works or development schemes vested in a Zilla Parishad under paragraph 2 of the Eleventh Schedule, as may be determined by the State Government; so however that the amount of the grant is equal to the expenditure which may be incurred in respect of such works or schemes.] Explanation.— For the purpose of this section, the method of calculating the amount of expenditure shall be such as may be determined by the State Government.]
