Appeals Except as hereinbefore provided, one appeal only shall lie from every decision passed after investigation recorded in writing by a Collector, or by an Assistant Collector, or Deputy Collector [or from every decision passed by a Mamlatdar or Mahalkari exercising the powers delegated to him under sub-section

1. (2) of section 64] * * * Such appeal, if from the decision of an Assistant Collector, or Deputy Collector [or Mamlatdar, or Mahalkari] * * * shall lie to the Collector and shall be made within sixty days from the date of the order appealed against. Such appeal, if from the decision of the Collector, shall lie to the * * * [Commissioner], and shall be made within ninety days from the date of the order appealed against.
