Collector shall declare null and void alienation of watan property made after passing of Act

When any alienation of the nature described in section 10 * * * shall take place otherwise than by virtue of, or in execution of a decree or order of any [Court], the Collector shall, after recording his reasons in writing, declare such alienation to be null and void, * * * * *.
