Notice of adoption when heir is adopted after passing of Act

In any case in which, after the coming of this Act into force, any registered representative watandar or his widow shall adopt an heir, report of such adoption shall within three months be made to the Collector by such watandar or by his adopted widow, or in case of their death then by such adopted heir, or by the guardian of the latter, and the Collector shall register the name of such heir accordingly.
