Registration as representative watandar of head of each family in amalgamated watan

When the practice of service in successive periods has been introduced under the British rule, in consequence of the reduction in the number of [officiators] or the amalgamation of watans by [the Provincial Government], the head of each family that formerly officiated shall be separately entered as a representative watandar.
