Mamlatdar may make investigation under Part X

The Collector may [save in respect of any matter in which he has delegated his powers to a Mamlatdar or Mahalkari under sub-section

1. (2) of section 64], require any investigation under Part X to be made by a Mamlatdar or Mahalkari, but the decision thereon shall be made by the Collector.
