Provided that no such punishment shall be imposed without giving to the student concerned a reasonable opportunity to show cause against the action proposed to be taken against him.

Sponsored Schemes Whenever the Sansthan receives funds form any Government, the University Grants Commission or other agencies sponsoring a scheme to be executed by the Sansthan, notwithstanding anything in this Act and regulations –

1. (a) the amount received shall be kept by the Sansthan separately from the Sansthan fund and utilized only for the purpose of the scheme; and
2. (b) the staff required to execute the scheme shall be recruited in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the sponsoring organisation.
