Provided that no quorum shall be necessary for adjourned meeting, and no new subject shall be brought for consideration at such adjourned meeting.

Power of Chairman to call special meeting The Chairman, or in any event as aforesaid, the Vice-Chancellor may whenever he thinks fit call a special meeting, and shall be bound to do so within two weeks of the receipt of a written requisition by not less than 15 members of the General Council.
