Power and duties of the Managing Committee

Statutory text
- (1) The Managing Committee shall consider and decide matters relating to administrative policy to the extent they are delegated to it by the General Council.
- (2) The Managing Committee may delegate the powers to such extent as it may decide, to a sub-committee or to the Vice-Chancellor.
