Minute Book. 23.

1. (1) Minutes recording the proceedings at every meeting of the General Council and the names of the members present thereat shall be entered in the minute book and confirmed at the same or the next ensuing meeting by the person presiding.
2. (2) A copy of the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the General Council shall be forwarded to the State Government within seven days of the meeting.
3. (3) Minutes books prescribed by this Section shall be open at the office of the University at all reasonable time to the inspection of any member without payment.
